In the storm, at sea with you, may I trust you all my days.
May I be healed as were the sick who felt your gracious touch
May I love you as sinners did who were forgiven much.

For Christ was raised and now He lives in me

In your crucifixion may I lay to rest
My prideful self-addiction, my craving for success.
And in your resurrection may I forever rise
To live in new connection, to see with different eyes.

And in your ascension, may I also ascend
And give my full attention, to you my Lord and friend
And may your Holy Spirit, sent like wind and fire,
Send me in your mission with one passionate desire.
